เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย คุณกิตติมา สันธิ หัวหน้าส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา นำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.ธีรภาพ ปรีดีพจน์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา พร้อมคณาจารย์ และสำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน นำโดยอาจารย์สุธี ปันแก้ว เข้าหารือและสร้างความร่วมมือกับ ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สถาบันการเงินชั้นนำของประเทศที่ให้บริการด้านธุรกิจการเงินและการธนาคารแบบครบวงจร เพื่อร่วมกันส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การทำงานในอนาคต

การหารือครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและสถานประกอบการ สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านทักษะและสมรรถนะที่ภาคการเงิน ภาคธุรกิจ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมต้องการ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ตลอดจนเพิ่มเครือข่ายสถานประกอบการคุณภาพที่รองรับการฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองหน่วยงานยังได้หารือแนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมภายใต้ บันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) โครงการ Krungthai x MFU Talent Development เพื่อกำหนดกรอบความร่วมมือด้านสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE) รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพ การเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาให้มีความรู้ ทักษะ และสมรรถนะที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคการเงิน ภาคธุรกิจ และภาคอุตสาหกรรม ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการดำเนินงานและประเมินศักยภาพของสถานประกอบการ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและความเชื่อมั่นในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับธนาคารอย่างยั่งยืน

MFU Strengthens Collaboration with Krung Thai Bank to Enhance Student Potential through CWIE and the Krungthai x MFU Talent Development Project

On 1 July 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Ms. Kittima Santi, Head of the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, together with division staff, collaborated with the School of Sinology, led by Dr. Teeraparp Predeepoch, Dean of the School of Sinology, along with academic staff, And the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, represented by Mr. Suthee Pankaew, to meet with Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, one of Thailand's leading financial institutions providing comprehensive banking and financial services. The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration in developing students' potential and preparing them for future careers.

The discussion focused on expanding partnerships between the university and industry to support Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). The collaboration seeks to provide students with valuable hands-on learning experiences while facilitating the exchange of information on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the financial, business, and industrial sectors. These insights will contribute to curriculum enhancement and teaching development, ensuring that academic programs remain responsive to labor market demands. The partnership will also expand MFU's network of high-quality organizations that can provide meaningful internship and work-integrated learning opportunities for students.

In addition, both parties discussed the implementation of activities under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Krungthai x MFU Talent Development Project. The discussion focused on establishing a framework for collaboration in Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE), including the organization of professional competency development activities and career readiness programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the financial, business, and industrial sectors. The meeting also included discussions on operational approaches and the assessment of the organization's capacity to support student placements, with the shared goal of fostering mutual understanding and building a sustainable partnership between the university and the bank.
