เมื่อวันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย คุณกิตติมา สันธิ หัวหน้าส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา นำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.ธีรภาพ ปรีดีพจน์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา พร้อมคณาจารย์ และ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน นำโดย อาจารย์สุธี ปันแก้ว ลงพื้นที่หารือและสร้างความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท ดับเบิลยูเอ็ม เคแอล แอนด์ แอสโซซิเอทส์ จำกัด ผู้ให้บริการด้านกฎหมายและที่ปรึกษาภาษีอากร เพื่อร่วมกันส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและขยายโอกาสการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการจริง

การหารือครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและสถานประกอบการ สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านทักษะและสมรรถนะที่ภาคธุรกิจและวิชาชีพต้องการ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้มีความทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ยังสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา ในโครงการ การเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Work-Integrated Learning: WIL) ของหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาจีนธุรกิจ รวมถึงการดำเนินงานของ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรใหม่ที่ดำเนินงานด้าน CWIE โดยมุ่งสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถานประกอบการคุณภาพ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาความรู้ด้านภาษา กฎหมาย ธุรกิจ และภาษีอากร ควบคู่กับประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง เสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ และยกระดับศักยภาพบัณฑิตให้พร้อมเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานทั้งในประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ

MFU Strengthens Collaboration with WM KL & Associates Co., Ltd. to Expand Student Learning Opportunities through CWIE

On 2 July 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Ms. Kittima Santi, Head of the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, together with division staff, collaborated with the School of Sinology, led by Dr. Teeraparp Predeepoch, Dean of the School of Sinology, along with academic staff, and the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, represented by Mr. Suthee Pankaew, to visit WM KL & Associates Co., Ltd., a legal and tax advisory firm. The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration in enhancing students' potential and expanding opportunities for experiential learning in professional workplace settings.

The discussion focused on developing partnerships between the university and the organization to support Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). The collaboration seeks to provide students with valuable hands-on work experience while facilitating the exchange of information on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the business and professional sectors. These insights will contribute to curriculum enhancement and teaching development, ensuring that academic programs remain current and aligned with labor market needs and professional standards.

This collaboration also supports the School of Sinology's Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) initiative under the Bachelor of Arts in Business Chinese program, as well as the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, a newly established program implementing the Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) model. Through partnerships with high-quality organizations, the initiative enables students to develop knowledge in Chinese language, law, business, and taxation while gaining valuable real-world work experience. This integrated approach strengthens students' professional competencies and prepares graduates to succeed in both domestic and international labor markets.
