มฟล. หารือความร่วมมือกับบริษัท ไทย จีน ลอว์ เฟิร์ม จำกัด เสริมโอกาสการเรียนรู้ด้านกฎหมายและธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ

เมื่อวันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา นำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.ธีรภาพ ปรีดีพจน์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา พร้อมคณาจารย์ ลงพื้นที่หารือและสร้างความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท ไทย จีน ลอว์ เฟิร์ม จำกัด ผู้ให้บริการด้านที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย บัญชี ธุรกิจ และทรัพยากรบุคคล รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานแก่บริษัท ห้างหุ้นส่วน หน่วยงาน องค์กร และผู้ประกอบการ ทั้งในประเทศและด้านธุรกิจไทย–จีน

การหารือครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและสถานประกอบการ สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการจริง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านทักษะและสมรรถนะที่ภาคธุรกิจต้องการ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ยังสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา ในโครงการ การเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Work-Integrated Learning: WIL) ของหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาจีนธุรกิจ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติงานจริงในองค์กรที่ดำเนินธุรกิจระหว่างไทย–จีน เพื่อบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านภาษา วัฒนธรรม และบริบทธุรกิจเข้ากับประสบการณ์การทำงาน พร้อมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในระดับสากล

MFU Explores Collaboration with Thai China Law Firm Co., Ltd. to Enhance Learning Opportunities in Law and International Business

On 2 July 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), collaborated with the School of Sinology, led by Dr. Teeraparp Predeepoch, Dean of the School of Sinology, together with academic staff, to visit Thai China Law Firm Co., Ltd. The company provides legal, accounting, business, and human resource consulting services, as well as advisory and operational support for companies, partnerships, organizations, government agencies, and entrepreneurs in both domestic operations and Thailand–China business activities.

The discussion aimed to strengthen collaboration between the university and the organization to support Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). The partnership seeks to provide students with opportunities to gain practical workplace experience while facilitating the exchange of information on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the business sector. These insights will contribute to curriculum enhancement and teaching development, ensuring that academic programs remain aligned with labor market needs and professional standards.

This collaboration also supports the School of Sinology's Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) initiative under the Bachelor of Arts in Business Chinese program. The initiative provides students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in organizations engaged in Thailand–China business operations, enabling them to integrate their knowledge of the Chinese language, culture, and business practices with real-world workplace experience. This approach strengthens students' professional competencies and equips them with the skills required to meet the demands of the global labor market.
