ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) จัดกิจกรรม “MFU Internship & Job Fair 2026” เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 5 กันยายน 2569 ณ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 72 พรรษา บรมราชินีนาถ (MFU Indoor Stadium) เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยที่กำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษาหรืออยู่ระหว่างการหางานทำ รวมถึงนักศึกษาที่กำลังจะเข้ารับการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ได้รับทราบข้อมูลสถานประกอบการ-หน่วยงานที่ตนเองสนใจ รวมทั้งยังเป็นโอกาสในการสมัครงานร่วมกับองค์กรชั้นนำได้โดยตรง

ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มัชฌิมา นราดิศร อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ประธานเปิดงาน กล่าวว่า

“ในโลกของการทำงานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในปัจจุบัน ความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานไม่ได้หยุดนิ่ง การเตรียมความพร้อมของนักศึกษาจึงไม่ใช่เพียงการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนเท่านั้น แต่คือการได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์จริง ได้รู้จักโลกของการทำงานจริง มหาวิทยาลัยจึงจัดงานนี้ขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้ค้นพบโอกาสที่เหมาะสมกับศักยภาพของตนเอง”

“ขอขอบคุณสถานประกอบการทุกแห่งที่ให้การสนับสนุนและร่วมเป็นภาคีความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยในการสร้างเส้นทางอาชีพให้กับนักศึกษา ทำให้งานนี้เป็นพื้นที่แห่งโอกาสที่เปิดให้นักศึกษาได้ค้นหาเส้นทางอาชีพที่ตอบโจทย์ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายในชีวิต ขณะเดียวกันก็เปิดโอกาสให้สถานประกอบการได้พบกับคนรุ่นใหม่ที่มีความมุ่งมั่น พร้อมเติบโตเป็นกำลังคนเพื่ออนาคตไปด้วยกัน”

ภายในงานมีสถานประกอบการ-หน่วยงาน เข้าร่วมงานมากกว่า 70 แห่ง ที่เปิดรับนักศึกษาในรายวิชาสหกิจศึกษาและฝึกประสบการ์วิชาชีพ พร้อมเปิดรับสมัครงานโดยตรง นอกจากนี้ยังมีเสวนาพิเศษเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้รับทราบข้อมูลที่น่าสนใจ ในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้ารับการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน รวมทั้งการเตรียมตัวสำหรับการสมัครในแวดวงต่าง ๆ โดยหัวข้อแรกคือ “Job-Winning Strategies for 2026 : กลยุทธ์พิชิตงาน ไขความลับความท้าทาย และการปรับตัวของผู้สมัครงาน” โดยวิทยากร คุณพงศิษฐ์ ด่านประเสริฐกุล ผู้จัดการสื่อสารการตลาดภูมิภาคและสหกิจศึกษาองค์กร บริษัท จัดหางาน จ๊อบบีเคเค ดอท คอม จำกัด (JOBBKK.COM)

หัวข้อต่อมา “Speed Up Your Future : เร่งศักยภาพ ก้าวสู่อนาคต” โดย 4 วิทยากรจากหลากหลายวงการ คือ คุณธัชพล ต๊ะคำ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล The Naka Island, Phuket Marriott International Thailand, คุณเอมอร บุญยวรรธนะ ผู้อำนวยการ Senior HRBP Specialist ธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน), คุณภาณิศา ผึ้งดำ เจ้าหน้าที่ทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท อินเทอร์เน็ตประเทศไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และคุณพงศิษฐ์ ด่านประเสริฐกุล จาก JOBBKK.COM ก็ร่วมในเวทีนี้เช่นกัน

กิจกรรม MFU Internship & Job Fair ครั้งนี้ จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด “Speed Up Your Future” ซึ่งไม่ได้หมายถึงการเร่งให้ทุกคนเดินไปถึงเป้าหมายให้เร็วที่สุด แต่หมายถึงการเร่งศักยภาพของตนเองให้พร้อมสำหรับอนาคต ทั้งในด้านการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาทักษะ คันหาโอกาส และลงมือทำ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาและเติบโตในสายอาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความมุ่งมั่นและความสนใจอย่างแท้จริง ควบคู่กับการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนและมีคุณค่าในอนาคต

MFU and Partners Host “MFU Internship & Job Fair 2026” to Connect Employers with Students

The Placement and Co-operative Education Division at Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) hosted the “MFU Internship & Job Fair 2026” on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the 72nd Anniversary Queen Sirikit’s Birthday Building (MFU Indoor Stadium). The event provided graduating students, job seekers, and prospective interns with direct access to career opportunities and recruitment sessions with top organizations.

Assistant Professor Dr. Matchima Naradisorn, President of Mae Fah Luang University, stated in her opening address:

“In today’s rapidly changing professional landscape, workplace skills are constantly evolving. Preparing students for the future requires more than classroom learning; it demands real-world exposure and practical experience. MFU organized this fair to help our students discover opportunities that align with their potential.”

“We extend our sincere gratitude to all participating organizations for partnering with MFU to build career pathways for our students. This event enables students to explore careers aligned with their life goals while providing employers direct access to determined young talent ready to grow into the future workforce.”

The event featured more than 70 companies and agencies offering cooperative education placements, professional internships, and direct employment opportunities. In addition, panel discussions provided practical guidance for career preparation. The first session, “Job-Winning Strategies for 2026: Unlocking Challenges and Candidate Adaptation,” was delivered by Mr. Pongsit Danprasertkul, Regional Marketing Communications and Corporate Cooperative Education Manager at JOBBKK.COM Co., Ltd.

The second session, titled “Speed Up Your Future,” featured four industry experts: Mr. Thatchapol Takam, Human Resources Director at The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket; Ms. Aim-orn Boonyawattana, Senior HRBP Specialist Director at ICBC Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited; Ms. Panisa Phungdam, Human Resources Officer at Internet Thailand Public Company Limited; and Mr. Pongsit Danprasertkul from JOBBKK.COM.
