ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา ร่วมถอดบทเรียน CWIE มุ่งยกระดับการผลิตกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง

วันที่ 28 กันยายน 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา ร่วมกับอาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาการจัดการ เข้าร่วม การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อถอดบทเรียนโครงการเร่งรัดและขยายผลการผลิตกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง โดยหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ณ โรงแรมเอเชีย กรุงเทพมหานคร

การประชุมได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.วันนี นนท์ศิริ หัวหน้าผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดการประชุม พร้อมรับฟังภาพรวมการดำเนินงานโครงการฯ โดย นายสมบัติ รุ่งรัศมี ผู้อำนวยการกองยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา

ภายในงานมีการ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และถอดบทเรียนการขับเคลื่อน CWIE ร่วมวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และแนวทางการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของแต่ละพื้นที่ รวมถึงร่วมระดมความคิดเห็นเพื่อจัดทำ (ร่าง) ข้อกำหนดโครงการ (TOR) และแบบฟอร์มข้อเสนอโครงการ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570

การประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และเตรียมความพร้อมในการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาแบบ CWIE เพื่อ ยกระดับศักยภาพนักศึกษา และผลิตกำลังคนที่มีสมรรถนะสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต

MFU Joins CWIE Lessons-Learned Workshop to Advance High-Competency Workforce Development

On 28 September 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, together with faculty members from the School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University, participated in a lessons-learned workshop on the Project to Accelerate and Expand the Development of High-Competency Workforce through Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) for Fiscal Year 2026. The workshop was held at the Asia Hotel Bangkok.

The workshop was honored by the presence of Dr. Wannee Nonsiri, Chief Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), who presided over the opening ceremony. Participants also received an overview of the project implementation from Mr. Sombat Rungratsamee, Director of the Division of Higher Education Quality Enhancement.

The workshop provided an opportunity for participants to exchange knowledge and share lessons learned from the implementation of CWIE. Discussions focused on analyzing challenges and obstacles, as well as identifying approaches that align with the contexts of different areas. Participants also exchanged ideas and contributed to the development of the draft Terms of Reference (TOR) and project proposal form for Fiscal Year 2027.

The workshop served as an important platform for exchanging experiences and preparing for the further development of CWIE, with the aim of enhancing students’ capabilities and developing a workforce with competencies aligned with the evolving needs of the labor market in the future.
