มฟล. ร่วมลงนาม MOU กับ สป.อว. ขับเคลื่อนหลักสูตร CWIE ปั้นกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงตอบโจทย์อุตสาหกรรมอนาคต ยกระดับอุดมศึกษาไทยสู่มาตรฐานโลก เสริมแกร่งความสามารถการแข่งขันประเทศ

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในโครงการ “การเร่งรัดและขยายผลการผลิตกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง โดยหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE)” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เมื่อวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ ห้องแถลงข่าว ชั้น 1 อาคารพระจอมเกล้า สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.)

ในโอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดรุณี วัฒนศิริเวช รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นผู้แทนอธิการบดีเข้าร่วมลงนามความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ เพื่อแสดงเจตจำนงความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรร่วมกับสถานประกอบการ และเสริมสร้างศักยภาพบัณฑิตให้พร้อมสู่ตลาดแรงงาน

สำหรับปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 1 หลักสูตร ได้แก่ หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ นำทีมโดย ดร.นาตาชา มาศวิเชียร (หัวหน้าโครงการ)

โครงการเร่งรัดและขยายผลการผลิตกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง โดยหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 มีเป้าหมายเพื่อขยายผลการจัดหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) ตามรูปแบบ Demand-Driven Education ให้สามารถผลิตบัณฑิตสมรรถนะสูงตรงตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ภาคเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในพื้นที่ ทุกภูมิภาคของประเทศ

ทั้งนี้ โครงการได้รับความร่วมมือจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษา 27 แห่งทั่วประเทศ โดยมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ถือเป็นหนึ่งในสถาบันที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้ร่วมพัฒนาและขับเคลื่อนหลักสูตรในรูปแบบ Demand-Driven Education ที่ตอบโจทย์ภาคอุตสาหกรรมยุคใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นยุทธศาสตร์เศรษฐกิจสำคัญของประเทศ

การเข้าร่วมโครงการครั้งนี้ จึงไม่เพียงสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตลาดแรงงาน แต่ยังตอกย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการยกระดับอุดมศึกษาไทยสู่การสร้างกำลังคนที่ “มีสมรรถนะสูง ตอบสนองโลกการทำงานแห่งอนาคต และพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน”

Mae Fah Luang University Signs MOU with MHESI to Drive CWIE Programs, Cultivating High-Competency Talent for Future Industries and Elevating Thai Higher Education to Global Standards

Mae Fah Luang University has joined a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony under the initiative “Accelerating and Scaling the Production of High-Competency Workforce through Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE)” for Fiscal Year 2026. The event took place on May 1, 2026, at the Press Conference Room, 1st Floor, Phra Chomklao Building, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).

On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr.Darunee Wattanasiriwech, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University, represented the University President in signing the agreement. The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to advancing curriculum development in partnership with industry and enhancing graduate capabilities to meet the demands of an evolving labor market.

For Fiscal Year 2026, Mae Fah Luang University has been selected to participate in the program with one academic offering: the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration. The initiative is led by Dr. Natasha Masawichien, Project Lead.

The CWIE acceleration and expansion initiative aims to scale up cooperative and work-integrated education under the Demand-Driven Education model. This approach is designed to produce highly skilled graduates aligned with the needs of the labor market, as well as the economic and social priorities of regions across Thailand.

The project brings together 27 higher education institutions nationwide, with Mae Fah Luang University among those chosen to co-develop and drive innovative, demand-driven curricula tailored to modern industry requirements—an essential pillar of the country’s economic strategy.

Participation in this initiative reflects Mae Fah Luang University’s strong commitment to aligning its academic programs with the rapidly changing workforce landscape. It also reinforces the critical mission of advancing Thai higher education to produce graduates who are “highly competent, future-ready, and capable of driving sustainable national development.”
