เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย คุณกิตติมา สันธิ หัวหน้าส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน นำโดย อาจารย์สุธี ปันแก้ว ลงพื้นที่หารือและสร้างความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท สำนักงานกฎหมาย ดีทีแอล จำกัด ผู้ให้บริการด้านกฎหมายและที่ปรึกษากฎหมายธุรกิจ มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านกฎหมายธุรกิจและการค้าระหว่างประเทศ การลงทุนต่างชาติ ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา กฎหมายจีน และการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI)

การหารือครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและสถานประกอบการ สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการจริง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านทักษะและสมรรถนะที่ภาคธุรกิจต้องการ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ยังสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรใหม่ด้าน CWIE โดยมุ่งแสวงหาสถานประกอบการคุณภาพเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย ธุรกิจ และภาษาจีน ควบคู่กับประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง อันจะช่วยยกระดับศักยภาพบัณฑิตให้พร้อมเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานทั้งในประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ

MFU Strengthens Collaboration with DTL Law Office Co., Ltd. to Expand CWIE Opportunities for Students

On 1 July 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Ms. Kittima Santi, Head of the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, together with division staff, collaborated with the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, represented by Mr. Suthee Pankaew, to visit DTL Law Office Co., Ltd., a legal services and business law consulting firm specializing in business and international trade law, foreign investment, intellectual property law, Chinese law, and investment promotion under the Board of Investment (BOI).

The discussion aimed to strengthen collaboration between the university and the organization in support of Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). The partnership seeks to provide students with opportunities to gain practical experience in a professional workplace while facilitating the exchange of information on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the business sector. These insights will contribute to curriculum development, ensuring that academic programs remain aligned with labor market needs and professional standards.

This collaboration also supports the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, one of MFU's newly established programs implementing the Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) model. Through partnerships with high-quality organizations, the program aims to equip students with knowledge in law, business, and Chinese communication while providing valuable real-world work experience. This integrated approach will enhance graduates' professional competencies and prepare them to succeed in both domestic and international labor markets.
