เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย คุณกิตติมา สันธิ หัวหน้าส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน นำโดย อาจารย์สุธี ปันแก้ว ลงพื้นที่หารือและสร้างความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท ทีพี แอนด์ แอสโซซิเอท จำกัด ผู้ประกอบกิจการวิชาชีพทางกฎหมาย ให้บริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย การดำเนินคดี และงานด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อร่วมกันส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและสร้างโอกาสการเรียนรู้ในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานจริง

การหารือครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและสถานประกอบการ สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านทักษะและสมรรถนะที่ภาควิชาชีพต้องการ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ยังสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรใหม่ที่ดำเนินงานด้าน CWIE ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา โดยมุ่งสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถานประกอบการคุณภาพ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย ธุรกิจ และภาษาจีน ควบคู่กับการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง อันจะช่วยเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการทำงาน และยกระดับศักยภาพบัณฑิตให้พร้อมแข่งขันในตลาดแรงงานทั้งในประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ

MFU Strengthens Collaboration with TP & Associate Co., Ltd. to Enhance Student Learning Opportunities through CWIE

On 1 July 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Ms. Kittima Santi, Head of the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, together with division staff, collaborated with the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, represented by Mr. Suthee Pankaew, to visit TP & Associate Co., Ltd., a legal services firm providing legal consultation, litigation services, and other related legal services. The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration in developing students' potential and expanding learning opportunities through real-world workplace experience.

The discussion focused on developing partnerships between the university and the organization to support Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). The collaboration seeks to provide students with valuable hands-on work experience while facilitating the exchange of information on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the legal profession. These insights will contribute to curriculum enhancement and teaching development, ensuring that academic programs remain aligned with labor market needs and professional standards.

This collaboration also supports the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, a newly established program implementing the Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) model under the supervision of the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education. Through partnerships with high-quality organizations, the program aims to equip students with knowledge in law, business, and Chinese communication while providing meaningful workplace learning experiences. This integrated approach will strengthen students' professional competencies, enhance their employability, and prepare graduates to compete successfully in both domestic and international labor markets.
