มฟล. เสริมสร้างความร่วมมือกับ Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited เพื่อขยายโอกาส CWIE สำหรับนักศึกษา

เมื่อวันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย คุณกิตติมา สันธิ หัวหน้าส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน นำโดย อาจารย์สุธี ปันแก้ว ลงพื้นที่หารือและสร้างความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท ราจา แอนด์ ทานน์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด สำนักงานกฎหมายชั้นนำที่ให้บริการด้านที่ปรึกษากฎหมายและว่าความ ครอบคลุมการให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายธุรกิจ การลงทุน และการดำเนินธุรกิจทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

การหารือครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและสถานประกอบการ สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE) เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการจริง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านทักษะและสมรรถนะที่ภาควิชาชีพกฎหมายและภาคธุรกิจต้องการ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ยังสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ สาขาวิชากฎหมายธุรกิจและการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาจีน ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรใหม่ด้าน CWIE โดยมุ่งสร้างเครือข่ายกับสถานประกอบการคุณภาพ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย ธุรกิจ และภาษาจีน ควบคู่กับประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง อันจะช่วยเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพและยกระดับศักยภาพบัณฑิตให้พร้อมแข่งขันในตลาดแรงงานทั้งในประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ

MFU Strengthens Collaboration with Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited to Expand CWIE Opportunities for Students

On 2 July 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Ms. Kittima Santi, Head of the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, together with division staff, collaborated with the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, represented by Mr. Suthee Pankaew, to visit Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited, a leading law firm providing legal advisory and litigation services in the areas of business law, investment, and domestic and international business operations. The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration in developing students' potential and expanding learning opportunities through real-world workplace experience.

The discussion focused on strengthening partnerships between the university and the organization to support Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). The collaboration seeks to provide students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a professional workplace while facilitating the exchange of information on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the legal profession and the business sector. These insights will contribute to curriculum enhancement and teaching development, ensuring that academic programs remain aligned with labor market needs and professional standards.

This collaboration also supports the Business Law and Chinese Communication Program, School of Law, a newly established program implementing the Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) model. By building partnerships with high-quality organizations, the program enables students to develop expertise in law, business, and Chinese communication while gaining hands-on experience in professional practice. This integrated approach strengthens students' professional competencies and enhances graduates' readiness to compete successfully in both domestic and international labor markets.
