เมื่อวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ร่วมกับคณาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาการจัดการ เข้าร่วมงาน Kahavadi Educational Alliance 2026 ภายใต้แนวคิด "Discovering the Merchant's House: Bridging Academia and Lifestyle Hospitality" ณ โรงแรม คหวดี เชียงราย คิวริโอ คอลเลกชัน บาย ฮิลตัน จังหวัดเชียงราย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และยกระดับการพัฒนากำลังคนด้านธุรกิจบริการให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานระดับสากล

ภายในงานมีการนำเสนอแนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาและภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ตอบโจทย์ตลาดแรงงาน การเพิ่มโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงผ่านเส้นทางอาชีพในเครือโรงแรมระดับนานาชาติ ตลอดจนการพัฒนาศักยภาพคณาจารย์ผ่านโครงการศึกษาดูงาน (Instructor Immersion) เพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนการสอนที่ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุตสาหกรรมบริการ

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการขยายความร่วมมือกับภาคเอกชน พัฒนาเครือข่ายด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพ พร้อมส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้รับโอกาสในการเรียนรู้และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การทำงานในระดับนานาชาติ อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพและตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต.

MFU and the School of Management Participate in Kahavadi Educational Alliance 2026 to Foster Academic–Industry Collaboration in the Global Hospitality Sector

On 6 July 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), together with academic staff from the School of Management, participated in Kahavadi Educational Alliance 2026, held under the theme "Discovering the Merchant's House: Bridging Academia and Lifestyle Hospitality," at Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton, Chiang Rai Province. The event provided a platform for exchanging knowledge, strengthening collaborative networks, and advancing workforce development in the hospitality industry in line with international standards.

The event featured discussions on strengthening collaboration between higher education institutions and the hospitality industry, with a focus on enhancing curricula to better meet labor market needs. Participants also explored opportunities to expand hands-on learning through career pathways within international hotel groups, as well as initiatives to enhance teaching excellence through the Instructor Immersion program, which enables academic staff to gain industry experience and integrate current hospitality practices into their teaching.

MFU's participation reflects the University's commitment to strengthening partnerships with the private sector, expanding academic and professional networks, and providing students with meaningful learning opportunities that prepare them for successful careers in the global workforce.
