มฟล. ร่วมต้อนรับคณะลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยม ติดตาม และประเมินผลโครงการ CWIE ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569

เมื่อวันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดรุณี วัฒนศิริเวช รองอธิการบดี ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมการ คณะอนุกรรมการ คณะทำงาน พี่เลี้ยง (Mentors) และผู้แทนจาก สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ในโอกาสลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยม ติดตาม และประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน โครงการเร่งรัดและขยายผลการผลิตกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง โดยหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ณ โรงแรมเฮอริเทจ เชียงราย โฮเทล แอนด์ คอนเวนชั่น จังหวัดเชียงราย

ระหว่างประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน ดร.วันนี นนท์ศิริ หัวหน้าผู้ตรวจราชการ อว. ได้กล่าวถึงแนวคิดสำคัญของ CWIE ว่า “CWIE ไม่ได้หมายถึงเพียงการฝึกงาน แต่หมายถึงการปฏิบัติงาน” โดยมุ่งเน้นให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง ผ่านการออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะ และสมรรถนะที่สอดคล้องกับการทำงานจริง

ทั้งนี้ การลงพื้นที่ดังกล่าวเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการ ติดตามความก้าวหน้า ประเมินผล และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษา สถานประกอบการ นักศึกษา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำข้อเสนอแนะไปพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบ CWIE ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และมุ่งสู่การผลิต กำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงที่มีความพร้อมสำหรับโลกการทำงานในอนาคต

MFU Welcomes Evaluation Team for the 2026 CWIE Project Monitoring and Evaluation Visit

On 26 August 2026, the Division of Placement and Co-operative Education, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Associate Professor Dr. Darunee Wattanasiriwech, Vice President of MFU, welcomed committee members, subcommittee members, working team members, mentors, and representatives from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) on the occasion of their on-site visit to monitor, follow up on, and evaluate the implementation of the Project to Accelerate and Expand the Development of High-Competency Workforce through Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) for Fiscal Year 2026. The visit was held at The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel and Convention, Chiang Rai.

During the evaluation, Dr. Wannee Nonsiri, Chief Inspector General of MHESI, highlighted a key concept of CWIE, stating that “CWIE is not simply about internships, but about actual work.” The approach emphasizes providing students with opportunities to learn through real-world work experiences by collaboratively designing learning processes between higher education institutions and workplaces. This aims to develop students’ knowledge, skills, and competencies in alignment with actual workplace requirements.

The on-site visit provided an important opportunity to monitor progress, evaluate the implementation, and exchange perspectives among higher education institutions, workplaces, students, and relevant organizations. The feedback and recommendations gained from the visit will contribute to the continuous improvement of CWIE implementation and support the development of a high-competency workforce equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for the future world of work.
